Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Flagship Consulting in Exeter.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to take on a leadership role and manage projects from pre-contract to final account. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with blue-chip clients and progress to Associate level and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage projects from pre-contract to final account
  2. Take full client ownership and manage projects through to completion
  3. Be involved in professional works and provide excellent client-facing skills
Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  1. A relevant degree and be chartered (MRICS)
  2. Experience working as a Building Surveyor on either the Client or Consultancy side
  3. Experience working on projects within Property
  4. Good communication and client-facing skills
