Senior Sales and Marketing Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Mentor Digital. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. This role requires exceptional sales technique, good phone/video manner, and confidence with outbound calling. Additionally, the candidate will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong numeracy and writing skills.
The salary for this position is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, birthdays off, time off in lieu of overtime, and carbon offsetting.
