General Manager - Urban Pubs and Bars

Urban Pubs and Bars are seeking a talented and highly skilled General Manager to join our expanding group. As a General Manager, you will take full ownership of all aspects of running your venue, with autonomy to run the site as if it were your own business.

The Role
  • As GM, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
  • You will be expected to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, staff training, and development, and to create a buzz of vibrant energy and a feeling of warmth and fun for both guests and staff.
  • You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop, and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong background in running busy food-led sites, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a General Manager.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage pressure and maintain a calm and collected demeanor.
  • A passion for people, training, mentoring, and growing a team, with a love of having fun and creating a positive work environment.
  • Business savvy and commercially astute, with the ability to make strategic decisions and drive business growth.
