Scrum Master - Agile Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team as an Agile Coach, responsible for driving agile transformation across multiple scrums within the Service and Claims Operations Value Stream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve agile processes and ways of working across multiple scrums, focusing on removing waste and improving productivity and engagement.
  • Support scrum masters in facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring scrums meet their iteration goals.
  • Act as an agile coach, supporting scrum members to achieve their best performance.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers to develop high-quality user stories, backlogs, and drive the adoption of better tooling and processes.
  • Remove impediments and protect scrums from distractions.
  • Contribute to the assessment and validation of solutions, designs, and POCs to ensure end-to-end solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Work with the business, architecture, and development communities to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum of Scrum Master.
  • Knowledge and experience of Service and Claims operations.
  • Working in an Agile environment and using agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Strong leadership skills and technical knowledge or familiarity with approaches, tooling, and languages.
  • BCS BA certification or equivalent industry certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master accreditation.
