The successful candidate will deliver and adapt physical education and sports sessions tailored to the individual abilities and needs of the students, fostering a safe and supportive environment where they can thrive both physically and emotionally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions for students with SEND and SEMH requirements.
  • Modify activities to ensure all students can participate fully, regardless of their physical, emotional, or cognitive challenges.
  • Encourage a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes self-confidence and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to align sports activities with students' Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and celebrating achievements.
