Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consistently providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify client requirements and match them to our extensive property portfolio, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to deliver results.
  • Develop a polite and confident telephone manner, effectively communicating details and information to clients.
  • Manage your time efficiently to maximize appointment and activity levels, ensuring a high level of productivity.
  • Attend relevant training courses to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Be target-driven and tenacious, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve results.
  • Be able to work effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Display high standards of service and presentation, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.

  • Be a car owner with a full driving license, with business use insurance.
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK.
