Job Summary:

As a Court Enforcement Agent with Novax Recruitment Ltd, you will play a crucial role in executing Court orders to obtain payments on behalf of our local authority clients. Your primary responsibility will be to travel to various addresses within your local area to carry out enforcement activities. You will also be responsible for identifying the financial circumstances of debtors by capturing key income details and liaising with office-based colleagues regarding active cases.

Key Responsibilities:

* Travel to various addresses within your local area to execute Court orders
* Identify the financial circumstances of debtors by capturing key income details
* Liaise with office-based colleagues regarding active cases
* Provide a high level of customer service to clients and debtors

Requirements:

* Full Clean UK Driving License (held for at least 2 years)
* Level 2 Taking Control of Goods Qualification
* Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
* Ability to provide a clean DBS and no CCJ/IVA
