We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client's small, supportive team in North Lanarkshire. This role offers excellent prospects for career advancement, including the potential for a more senior position due to a gap in experience within the firm.

• Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
• Draft, review, and amend legal documentation related to property transactions.
• Conduct legal research and provide accurate advice to clients.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
• Assist with private client work as required.
• Work closely with partners to ensure high standards of legal service are maintained.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience in private client work is advantageous.
