Conveyancing Paralegal OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client's small, supportive team in North Lanarkshire. This role offers excellent prospects for career advancement, including the potential for a more senior position due to a gap in experience within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Draft, review, and amend legal documentation related to property transactions.
- Conduct legal research and provide accurate advice to clients.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
- Assist with private client work as required.
- Work closely with partners to ensure high standards of legal service are maintained.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
- Experience in private client work is advantageous.
