Job Summary

The role of Deputy Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer is a critical position that will support the existing C-suite/managing partners in a broad remit covering COO support, finance, risk management, and treasury responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a depth of financial knowledge, and a strong background in derivatives. The role has a wide salary range of £250-350k, and the firm is looking for outstanding academics and industry qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the C-suite/managing partners in COO, finance, risk management, and treasury responsibilities
  • Have a focus on overall business strategy
  • Manage treasury/hedging responsibilities
  • Have a strong analytical background and a depth of financial knowledge
  • Have a strong background in derivatives
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a COO, FD, or treasury background
  • Highly analytical and strong financial knowledge
  • Strong background in derivatives
  • Outstanding academics and industry qualifications
