About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dive Team Administrator to join our team at Jifmar Scotland. As a key member of our diving operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dive team and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the schedules of dive team members, including timetables, holidays, and overtime
  • Process vehicle registrations for the team
  • Prepare order forms for sub-contractors every 15 days
  • Verify training records and request diving certificates and medical examinations as needed
  • Send regular updates to confirm bookings and check availability
  • Develop and maintain an invoice template with payment dates and contact information
  • Update the mooring database and create relevant dive days on our software

Requirements

  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Autonomous and rigorous, with the ability to take initiative while following regulations
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office and communication techniques
