As a Maintenance Engineer with the Russell Taylor Group Ltd, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment within our production facility in Deeside.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 per annum.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Engineering Manager to provide a superior engineering service and meet operational goals. To achieve this, you must continuously improve site efficiency and performance standards by enhancing people and plant performance.

Key responsibilities include identifying and fixing mechanical, electrical, and simple control and instrumentation issues within your skill level, completing assigned work to a high standard, and maintaining the installed asset base. You will also contribute significantly to the engineering team while exhibiting the company's values and adapting to assist other groups or departments as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should possess relevant experience as a Mechanical or Electrical engineer, hold Level 3 City & Guilds/ONC/BTEC qualifications, and have HACCP Level 2 certification (desirable). Additionally, you should be competent in completing documentation, logs, and CMMS.
