Lunchtime Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Assistant at Shorefields. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and ensuring their safety in the dining hall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in maintaining a safe and clean environment in the dining hall and outside areas.
• Encouraging good dining hall practices among pupils.
• Liaising with teachers and other staff members to provide a smooth lunchtime experience.
• Administering basic first aid when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time, term-time only position, approximately 15 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work on Mondays to Fridays from 11:55 am to 1:15 pm.

Salary:** £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
