We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to work on behalf of our client, a market-leading Property Developer operating nationally.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in refurbishment and construction, with 2-3 years' experience in a similar role and hold a valid CSCS Card.

This is a 3-4 week contract with a possibility of extension. The working hours are 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.

Salary Estimate: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Handyman to work on a variety of projects and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general maintenance tasks as required
  • Provide support to the construction team
Requirements:
  • A valid CSCS Card
  • 2-3 years' experience as a Handyman in refurbishment/construction settings
