We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at People Solutions Group Limited. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through our warehouse, meeting both internal and external customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, check, store, and pack goods manually or using RF technology to a high standard of accuracy.
  • Load and unload trailers safely and in line with company procedures.
  • Report any errors, damages, or quality issues found while undertaking duties.
  • Accurately input data into company computer systems and manual records.
  • Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy.
  • Achieve targets (KPIs) and job standards.
  • Maintain high standards of site house-keeping.
  • Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately.
  • Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary.
  • Put suggestions for improvements forward where appropriate.
  • Assist other team members as necessary.
  • Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write basic English.
  • Able to follow instructions.
  • Able to work under pressure to targets and deadlines.
  • Numerical and focused on accuracy.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience data inputting.
  • Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience of working within a Warehouse environment.
  • Able to use initiative and identify issues at work and suggest options for improvement.
  • FLT Counter Balance & Reach Truck Licence.
