About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Healthcare Professional to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital in Oxfordshire. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work in our 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility, predominantly specialising in Orthopaedic Surgery. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent patient-focused service, working effectively in a team environment, and independently as required.

Job Description:

  1. Work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  2. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  3. Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and flexibility to meet changing needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
