About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Service Assistant to join our team at Wilson Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth food service operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide polite, friendly, and efficient service to customers, ensuring all interactions are professional and positive.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to maintain a high standard of food service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Basic Food Preparation: Assist with simple food preparation tasks and help the kitchen team as needed to maintain high standards.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen, service areas, and restaurant are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Cash Handling & Promotions: Operate the cashiering system efficiently and assist with vending services. Participate in and promote unit sales and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Experience in a similar catering or food service role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Transport: Reliable transport is essential due to the location of the site.
