We are currently seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional health and wellbeing services to the local community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical care and a passion for providing excellent patient experiences. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, offering expert advice on prescription medication, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to promote healthy outcomes.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, ideally full-time (open to discussion), with an estimated salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing prescription medications and advising patients on their use
• Providing expert guidance on medication management and adherence
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to promote healthy outcomes and prevent medication-related problems
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives

Person Specification

• (Essential) Accredited MPharm degree, OSPAP qualification or equivalent
• (Essential) GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
