About the Role

Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to households and businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and executing delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of parcels

Collecting and delivering parcels to customers, adhering to safety protocols and procedures

Maintaining accurate records of delivery activities and reporting any issues or concerns to management

Requirements

Valid UK manual driving license covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B)

Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg

Excellent communication and customer service skills
