We're seeking kind-hearted individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant in Knutsford and surrounding areas. You don't need prior experience, as we'll provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills you need to excel in this role.

As a Care Assistant, you'll build meaningful relationships with our clients, providing companionship, support with personal care, and assistance with daily activities. You'll need to be warm, patient, and compassionate, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.60 to £15.20 per hour, including paid travel time, and a mileage allowance of 45p per mile. You'll also receive a range of benefits, including flexible or guaranteed hours, career progression opportunities, and access to our employee assistance programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Supporting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting clients with daily activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Helping clients with mobility and staying active
  • Assisting clients with medication or specialist needs
  • Running errands, such as shopping or picking up prescriptions

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care
