Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and caring individual to provide high-quality home care to our clients. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing companionship, meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, shopping, and social activities to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality home care to clients in the Sutton and Epsom area
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Administer medication as required
- Accompany clients on outings and provide social activities
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
