Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team at UBT. As a key member of our Sales Support team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support across various departments, including logistics, purchasing, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and send quotes to potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support Business Development Managers in their daily tasks and projects.
  • Manage and maintain the contact database, ensuring accurate records and up-to-date information.
  • Follow up on quotes and leads, ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform basic telemarketing tasks, including making calls and sending emails to potential clients.
  • Manage and organize the sales team's email inbox, ensuring prompt response to client inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Hardworking individual with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in IT and comfortable with various systems, including CRM software and email management tools.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £27,000 - £30,000 net profit based bonus scheme.
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm working hours.
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Birthday off as an extra complimentary day and one extra day off for every year worked.
