Job Description

Job Title: Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our team at Matchtech Technology. As an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle of chemical plant instrumentation projects from conceptualization to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full life-cycle of chemical plant instrumentation projects from conceptualization to commissioning, including various types of instrumentation and control systems.
  • Creating and modifying instrumentation drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Maintaining familiarity with all types of instrumentation documents, such as loop drawings, I/O lists, P&ID's, and network architecture diagrams.
  • Working within the chemical process or other regulated industries, such as Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, or Food, with a good understanding of DSEAR/ATEX compliance.
  • Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), AutoCAD, Instrumentation, and Controls.
  • Several years' experience in managing instrumentation projects.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
