At Teespro Recruitment Ltd, we are looking for an experienced Condition Based Maintenance Engineer to join our client site. This role is an integral part of the service delivery team, providing a high standard of rotating and static equipment maintenance through various condition monitoring techniques.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Collecting and analysing condition monitoring data, formulating reports to clearly identify potential failure modes and risk to client business impact.
  • First and second pass analysis, troubleshooting condition monitoring results to ensure any potential threats to client reliability are identified and reported.
  • Assisting in creating condition monitoring databases from implementation to delivery.
  • Delivering asset management services to improve equipment availability and reliability as directed by Operations Management teams.
  • Ensuring services are delivered on time, in accordance with technical, operational, and HSEQ standards.
  • Effective communication and reporting to line management regarding operational objectives, achievements, and opportunities or risk.
  • Compiling, managing, and following method statements, COSHH assessments, risk assessments, and SOPs. Reporting any HSEQ issues to management.
  • Demonstrating professionalism in service delivery at all times, highlighting the company's reputation for quality.
  • Responsible for own work, organising the delivery of specified site services, assisting the Site/Team Manager in optimising performance in compliance with business systems, processes, and standards.
  • Maintaining equipment and facilities in a serviceable condition within calibration QAP control procedures.

The ideal candidate for the Condition Based Maintenance Engineer role should possess a HNC in a Maintenance/Engineering discipline, with experience in Condition Based Maintenance. Vibration Analysis Level 2 qualification is a benefit, with training available. ICML Qualified status is ideal, along with 5 years' experience in Condition Based Maintenance aligned with a proven service delivery record.
