Automotive Repair Specialist

As an Automotive Repair Specialist at Pick for Britain, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest standards. Located in Manchester, this position offers a competitive basic salary up to £44,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out vehicle maintenance and repairs using technical knowledge and skills
- Test, diagnose, and resolve faults efficiently
- Work on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect components for wear and tear, and repair or replace as necessary
- Check vehicle subsystems to identify any potential issues
- Support other technicians in the workshop to achieve team goals
- An NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
- A full UK driving licence is mandatory
- A current valid MOT Licence is advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work to high-quality standards and meet efficiency targets
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive 'can-do' attitude
