Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a skilled roofing specialist to join their Responsive team in the West Lancashire area. As a roofer's mate, you will work closely with existing social housing partners, undertaking repair and renewal roofing works while maintaining excellent communication with schedulers, residents, and line managers.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective multitasking, and a passion for roofing. If you're an effective communicator looking to develop your technical skills, this could be the ideal position for you. A driving license is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake repair/renewal roofing works
  • Communicate effectively with schedulers, residents, and line managers
  • Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements
  • Remain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of the skill area
  • Work in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when required

Requirements:

  • A passion for roofing and willingness to learn
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Driving license (essential)
