Job Title: Early Years Practitioner Level 3

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Wolfson Court Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities for children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment, and develop strong relationships with parents and carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children, tailored to their individual needs and interests.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children, and promote a culture of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes for children, and contribute to the development of the nursery's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children, and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
