Senior Business Insights Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Insights Specialist to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract. As a Senior Business Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in influencing key decisions from game design to marketing across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Tableau and Excel.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining reports, visualisations, and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of business insights.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen and technical skills, including in-depth knowledge and experience of Tableau Desktop and SQL skills.
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain reports, visualisations, and dashboards using Tableau and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
