Sales and Business Development Opportunity at IPS Group

We are seeking an experienced sales and business development professional to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies for commercial insurance products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers and clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
  • Circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus bonus scheme and car allowance

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets, and will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
