**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs in a school setting.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning experiences for pupils with Autism, ADHD, and PMLD. The role involves supporting small groups and individual pupils, as well as running interventions in the afternoons.

We are looking for a proactive and energetic individual who is passionate about working with children with SEND. If you have experience supporting pupils with Anxiety, Depression, SEMH, and high-functioning Autism, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Supporting pupils with emotional regulation
• Developing therapeutic relationships with pupils
• Understanding therapy goals and aims
• Promoting inclusion of all pupils in learning activities and maximising their achievement
• Comfortable working with pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour
