About This Role:

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Contract: Permanent
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team as a Cleaning Operative. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our commercial environment in Carlisle. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
- Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, following Health and Safety requirements.
- Successfully complete all required training to deliver the cleaning role.

Requirements:
- Ability to communicate and read basic English
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexible approach to the role
- Open, honest, self-driven, and determined
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
