Experienced SEN School Administrator

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing personalised support and assistance to our students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will be able to support children on a 1-1 or 2-1 basis and assist the classroom teacher in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs).
Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in implementing IEPs for students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist in the implementation of behavioural interventions and strategies to support positive behaviour management.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to support student development and progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with special educational needs preferred.
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development as required.
