Up to £65,000 + Package
Our client, a boutique Project & Cost Consultancy based in Surrey, is renowned for their hands-on, tailored approach to delivering exceptional projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, hotels, and industrial.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the full lifecycle of cost management on diverse projects, including residential, office, student accommodation, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, and contract administration.
- Undertake financial forecasting, cost reporting, and post-contract cost control.
- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Provide expert advice on commercial aspects of projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Proficient in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
