About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at Harrods, one of the world's leading luxury department stores. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty treatments to our discerning clients, including massage, facials, and wax treatments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in beauty therapy, with experience working in a luxury market and exposure to high-end clientele. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and have a keen eye for detail.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty and has a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to be qualified in CIDESCO, CIDBTAC, or NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, and have a good understanding of market trends.

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. In addition, you will need to be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when working with clients.
