About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our stock team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are beautifully presented and available to our customers in the run up to Christmas and during our End of Season Sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
  • Locate, pack, and transfer stock in and out of store efficiently.
  • Meet deadlines to deliver to our customers at the promised time.
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times.
  • Take control of your own development and contribute to a positive team environment.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those that match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.

Important Information:

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.
