As a Nursery Practitioner at Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool in Guildford, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our children and their families.
About the Role
As a keyworker, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
You will also be responsible for encouraging and praising children's development and achievements, and for creating a warm and welcoming environment that promotes learning and growth.
About the Benefits
As a Nursery Practitioner at Busy Bees, you will be entitled to a competitive salary of £11.62 per hour, plus a range of benefits including 28 days holiday per year, a birthday off, childcare discounts, and a NEST pension with a 3% employer contribution.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 2 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
