Product Data Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time candidate to handle key data, spreadsheets, and stock management metrics. This role is ideal for an individual with strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience in e-commerce businesses.
">About the Role:
- Review trading stock pots and ensure housekeeping is of a high standard, including negative stock, retail back orders, and transfer orders.
- Work with the Merchandising team to manage house customer accounts, creating and updating relevant documents.
- Manage retail product to ensure lines are enabled and disabled online.
- Update performance tracking documentation on a weekly basis.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by the company.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Previous experience using manual and automated allocation systems.
- E-commerce business experience preferred.
- 25 days holiday (FTE) rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holidays.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
