Job Description: We are seeking an Onsite IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Austin Fraser. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work on-site with a major IT reseller and systems integrator, providing technical support and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in technical support, with a strong track record of issue resolution.
  2. Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, with experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
  3. Familiarity with Cisco, PBX, and VOIP telephone systems, including setup and configuration.
  4. Good understanding of file and folder security principles, as well as SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking, with experience in configuring and troubleshooting networks.

Estimated Salary: £175 per day (umbrella/inside IR35)
