Welcome to Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood. We are seeking an Interior Trim Specialist to join our team in a 13-month placement opportunity.

Job Description
  • To establish a Lean Manufacturing Environment, applying the company's own VPS / CIP principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • To optimize assembly sequences, including line balancing, to enhance Health & Safety and environmental implications.
  • To identify, procure, and install specialized tooling and key equipment.
  • To develop scenario planning for future production systems considering strategic analysis of volume demands.
  • To plan realizations for shutdowns, including detailed project timing plans and risk assessments.
Key Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or integrated Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field, with a minimum 2:2 classification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
