Job Title: Marketing & Engagement Apprentice

Job Summary:

FareShare Yorkshire is seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing & Engagement Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and raising awareness about food poverty and food waste in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to promote FareShare Yorkshire's work and impact.
  • Create engaging social media content and advertising campaigns to reach our target audience.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and website content.
  • Communicate and promote FareShare Yorkshire through various channels, including events, website, and newsletters.
  • Provide content and evidence of FareShare Yorkshire's work and impact, including case studies and research.
Person Specification:
  • Must be willing to or already working towards a Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship.
  • Excellent copy-writing and proofreading skills and experience in writing engaging multi-channel content.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in graphic design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain good working relations, both within an organisation and with stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with proven ability to work on own initiative, meet objectives and tight deadlines under pressure.
