Days From time To time Mon 06:30:00 15:30:00 Tue 06:30:00 14:30:00 Thu 14:15:00 23:15:00 Fri 14:15:00 23:15:00 Sat 14:15:00 23:15:00The starting pay for our Team Supervisor role is £14.28 per hour, increasing to £15.41 for locations within the M25. Additional compensation may be available based on location and expertise.
We are committed to providing new team members with a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, but if you prefer fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we welcome your application.
The schedule outlines the times during the week we hope you can be available for work – these are the designated availability windows. Your contracted hours will be arranged within these times, and you will receive a three-week notice period regarding your exact shifts. We are open to accommodating flexibility for our team members, so if your availability closely aligns with our needs, we encourage you to apply.

As a Team Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Engaging in a dynamic retail atmosphere, filled with diverse tasks Taking charge of shift operations, guiding the team to maintain a clean and well-stocked store that surpasses customer expectations Being attentive to customers, ensuring they find what they need during their visit Seeking opportunities to enhance service quality, including mentoring your team and providing constructive feedback Supporting and guiding your colleagues in-store, ensuring a safe shopping and working environment Keeping a close eye on store performance and assisting management in implementing strategies for improvement Leading by example and setting a positive standard for your colleagues in all aspects of your work-
