About the Role

We are seeking a highly determined and experienced Senior Associate to join our team at Clyde & Co. As a key member of our casualty claims team, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of motor, EL/PL, and indemnity large loss cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the team to investigate claims and gather evidence
  • Assisting on complex casework, including reviewing medical records and reports
  • Identifying information requirements and securing necessary documentation
  • Managing files, including initial reports, updates, and correspondence
  • Representing the firm in court and pre-trial meetings
  • Supporting the Partners in servicing existing clients and growing new business
  • Drafting legal documents and client advice
  • Dealing with interlocutory proceedings and client meetings

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in personal injury litigation
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and demanding team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
