Job DescriptionWe are seeking care professionals and support workers who have a strong desire to work with our elderly clients in their own homes.
As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will provide companionship services, home help, and personal care to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
You will be responsible for reflecting the core values of Home Instead, contributing to clients' positive living environments, documenting and reporting any changes in clients' needs, and maintaining regular contact with line managers and office staff.
Responsibilities- Provide companionship services, including befriending and listening skills
- Offer home help services, including light housework, meal preparation, and shopping
- Provide personal care services, including washing and dressing
- Competitive hourly rates, starting at £12.00 per hour
- Double time for hours worked on bank holidays
- All time spent training is paid at £12.00 per hour
- Travel expenses reimbursed at £0.30 per mile
