Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-of-House Security Specialist to join our team at OCS. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a proactive front-of-house service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained.
- Ensure all visitors are signed in and out as per site security requirements.
- Assist visitors, staff, and contractors with queries and offer additional assistance as required.
- Carry out administrative tasks and duties as required.
Requirements:
- Efficient and punctual.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent customer service, organisation, verbal, and written skills.
- Able to prioritise effectively.
- SIA badge.
