Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Learning Mentor to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a Senior Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in providing full-time education for pupils who are permanently excluded, at risk of permanent exclusion, or are otherwise unable to access a mainstream education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students, promoting academic and personal growth
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective support
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices
