About the RoleWe are seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to join our team. As a Trade Counter Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by proactively acknowledging and helping our customers. This includes ensuring that all stock held within the depot is organised and logged correctly, accurately picking and transferring of stock for Click & Collect bays, and preparing equipment for customer collections.
Key Responsibilities- Provide great customer service by proactively acknowledging and helping our customers.
- Ensure that all stock held within the depot is organised and logged correctly.
- Pick and transfer stock for Click & Collect bays accurately.
- Prepare equipment for customer collections.
- Exceptional customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills.
