About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Nurse Leader to join our leadership team at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As Matron of Nursing Excellence, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team at the Mexborough Elective Orthopaedic Centre and driving excellence in patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide strategic leadership to the Mexborough Orthopaedic Centre and drive improvement in patient care and outcomes
  • To work closely with the Clinical Director and Business Manager to achieve organisational goals and objectives

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, and a comprehensive benefits package, including NHS Pension Scheme and generous holiday entitlement.
