Job Title: Kitchen Assistant SupervisorKitchen Operations Overview

In this key support role, you will assist with daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the dining room and associated areas. This will involve:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, surfaces, and floors;
  • Assisting with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, fruits, and salads;
  • Plating food for clients and staff;
  • Replenishing food supplies as needed;
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and waste management;
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety procedures, including temperature control and storage.
Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff;
  • Supporting kitchen staff with food preparation and plating;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment;
  • Ensuring accurate records of stock levels and waste management;
  • Adhering to food safety procedures, including temperature control and storage.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay rate of £11.95 per hour (dependent on shift worked), a holiday fund, and regular weekly pay.
