**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead our team at Runwood Care Homes. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our care home, Kathryn Court.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
* Ensure the highest standards of care and service are maintained
* Lead and motivate a team of care staff
* Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in a care management role
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary of £65,000 per annum
* 40 hours per week
