About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at Pure 4 Recruitment. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a growing and diverse loan book/portfolio, working closely with the Managing Director and Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document procedures and policies to effectively monitor and communicate overdue payments from borrowers.
- Monitor timely payments of loan interest and manage loan book management software system.
- Collaborate with Solicitors and professionals to effectively manage the loan recovery process.
- Manage loans which are over-term and work with Estate agents when required.
- Ensure files are kept up to date with the latest correspondence.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build professional relationships.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
