A Conveyancing Paralegal role has become available at G2 Legal Limited in Caterham. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join a successful practice with a very strong conveyancing department.

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for submitting forms and applications, processing property searches, and liaising with clients and estate agents. You will also play a key role in completions and post-completions, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively. In addition, you will contribute to the expansion of the company by actively growing having recently taken over two law firms in the local area.

The ideal candidate will have good IT and dictation skills, as well as a minimum of one year's experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in a UK law firm. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including career progression and support with qualification as a solicitor, make this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers.
